Our Village collects pre-loved essential items for babies and children and partners with social services to re-home them so no baby or child goes without. We were founded on the belief that anything is possible when we work together. Today we are a dedicated community of donors and volunteers helping around 20,000 babies and children every year and reducing the waste that ends up in landfill.

Our Service Guidelines:
- The youngest child in a family receiving items must be 6 years old, or younger. Evidence shows this is where we can have the biggest impact.
- We only offer items to expectant Mums up to 4 weeks prior to their due date. Please do not submit orders any earlier than this. Requests made more than 4 weeks prior to the baby’s due date will be put on hold until 4 weeks prior to the due date.
- Your collection date will be a minimum of 5 business days from the date you place a request. This is the time we need to process and fulfill requests.
- Please turn up on your collection date. We do not have space to hold items that are allocated for collection but not picked up. If you do not turn up on your chosen collection date we will hold your items for a maximum of 5 business days. After 5 business days your request will be cancelled and the items returned to stock. In this instance you will need to place a new request if you still need the items.
- At certain times we are only able to supply 2 ‘large’ items per request due to stock availability. ‘Large’ items are cots, bassinets, prams & car restraints. Please order what you need, but please understand that as our goods are all donated, these items are in short supply and we may only be able to offer you 2 of them. We will contact you if this is the case.
