Individuals needing help

If you or your children are at risk and need immediate help, please call Emergency 000.

If a child you know is at risk and needs essential items, you can ask your social worker or maternal child health nurse to contact us on your behalf. If you do not have a social worker you can contact The Orange Door to have your needs assessed.

The Maternal & Child Health Line is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 13 22 29.

Social Workers and Maternal and Child Health Nurses

If you have a client in need of essential items for babies or children, we can help.

We collect, clean and safety-check nursery items and other goods for children aged 0-6 years (and a few items for older siblings) and work with social services to get them to Victorian families in need.

To access our service please read our Service Policy and fill in the registration form below. We will then be in touch to provide access to our order form.

Please be aware, if your organisation has a total income of over $10m you may be eligible for our small administration fee which is a contribution to our running costs (currently between $2,000 and $4,000 per year).  You will pay nothing the year of registration and we will work with you to assess your status for your contribution for future years. Smaller organisations with total income under $10m do not need to contribute to our running costs.
